Dying and Elijah

I woke up this morning and wasn?t feeling too kosher. Things felt a bit too?tactile. Everything seemed a tad too bright. By 10:30 my head felt heavy and my taste buds were losing sensation. I think I have the flu.

That all aside, I?m currently doing a character study on Elijah and feel the need to ask you?who was Elijah? What was so special about his ministry? In what context did he preach? Directing your eyes: 1 Kings 16 (end) and full force in 1 Kings 17.
