They rock with<br \/>\ncomputer hardware at competitive prices. Thing is, I send in the rebate to<br \/>\nD-Link some 6-8 weeks ago and they send me a card saying my rebate is denied<br \/>\nbecause of an invalid UPC code. So I call them up and they ask me if I plan to<br \/>\nresubmit. I ask them how am I supposed to resubmit if I sent them the original.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">?Well sir, do you remember how much the rebate was for??<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">?I don?t have a clue. I bought the thing weeks ago. I don?t<br \/>\neven remember what I bought. I would guess twenty bucks.?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">?Sir, it was ten dollars.?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">?Okay. Regardless, I still can?t send you the UPC code since<br \/>\nI sent you the original.?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">?It wasn?t valid. Your rebate is denied.?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">?Then send me back my receipt.?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">?As our policy says, those items become our property.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">?Let me get this straight. I send you a rebate form, my<br \/>\nreceipt and my ONLY UPC code from the box, which effectively means if anything<br \/>\nhappens I can?t return it to where I bought it?and you?re telling me that I can?t<br \/>\nget back the proof of purchase.?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">?Sir, it?s our pol??<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">?Yeah, I got you.
