I get a bit depressed when I read {{Hebrews 11}}. Anybody who?s a long-time Christian is acquainted with the list of the Bastions of Faith. Sometimes non-Christians have heard of Hebrews 11 when we say ?By faith we understand that the world was framed by the word of God?. The way the chapter is renowned just makes it all the more depressing because I know the quality of my faith.

I’ve never seen the Brethren in such a state of red alert. I would
often leave these conferences are deep in teaching and my heart warmed
by the devotions regarding the glory of Christ. This time I left with
all that and a convicting burden as well.

Remember Your Baptism -tmp(Rom 6:1-11)
{{Romans 6}} illustrates a mind-boggling reality with a
simple picture. While dealing with the difficulty of our sinful natures Paul
makes us look to something that is known to all believers—the baptism by water.
His purpose, though, does not remain in the symbol but stretches into the
infinite wisdom and love of God that would bestow on sinners the mercy and love
they did not deserve. We can, thankfully, look at this portion to provoke a
fire in our own thinking no matter how long we’ve been in Christ.
Baptizing infants. Why is it done? Is it Biblical? Does it matter?
Jollyblogger did a series on it some time ago and I carefully avoided
speaking about the subject so as not to become a bandwagon-jumper.
Currently dealing with baptism I am brought to the point to discuss
this matter that many Christians, both Protestant and Catholic, hold
dear.
I find it extremely difficult to comment on your personal situation
without knowing the full details nor am I asking for them. Those
details are between you, your wife and the Lord unless you seek Godly
