The Christian Carnival is up at Fish and Cans (thanks Annette!). My post that looked at the Health Reform Bill in the House (HR3200) is up there. There were also some eye catchers that I may or may not agree with:
- A is for Abortion
- Civil Submission in 1 Peter and in today’s context
- John Owen on Limited Atonement
- A Case for Civil Discourse
- And this post caught my eye because I want to read The Bartimaeus Trilogy, but I didn’t click on it because I don’t want to be spoiled.

I tried to keep my spoilers minor, but if you don’t want to risk it my basic conclusion is: well-written book but with a rather disturbing message. This is no Harry Potter.
I’ll look forward to hearing your reaction if and when you read it.
